- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk (optional, to moisten bread crumbs)
Mix everything gently until just combined—over mixing can make the meatballs tough. Makes around 20.
