In this weeknight favorite, flaky tuna and tender egg noodles are mixed with a cheesy creamy sauce and baked under a crumb topping until golden and bubbly.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 cups egg noodles measured dry *approx 6 ounces<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon butter<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 small onion diced<\/li>\n\n\n<li>2 ribs celery diced<\/li>\n\n\n<li>\u2154 cup frozen peas thawed<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 (5 ounce each) can tuna drained<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 (10.5 ounce each) can condensed cream of mushroom soup<\/li>\n\n\n<li>\u2153 cup milk<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 cup shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crumb Topping<\/h4>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup panko bread crumbs<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon melted butter<\/li>\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Boil noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5-7 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In a large bowl combine noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna and parsley.
