Grease large roasting pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix cereal, popped popcorn and peanuts in large bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour into prepared pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
